  • improve our methods, prompts, workflows, models, rules and internal review processes.

This may include internal review and use of submitted content in raw form for service improvement, quality assurance, product development, research, training and benchmarking.

Where possible, we may also use de-identified, aggregated or anonymised information for internal analysis, service improvement, product development, reporting, research and trend analysis.

We do not claim ownership of your submitted content. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide to us.

We retain personal information, scan submissions and related outputs for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Unless we decide otherwise, scan submissions and related outputs may be retained indefinitely, including for service delivery, internal analysis, product improvement, research, security, record-keeping and legal or compliance purposes.

We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer periods.
